BETH is a registered Chemical Engineer with over twenty-two (22) years of experience on environmental, health, and safety consulting and auditing. A consultant and auditor for EHS, ESA, EIA, ECC, Due Diligence, and waste management for different various industrial facilities including government projects.

She attended training both in the Philippines and abroad on the conduct of Phase I Environmental Impact Assessment and Environmental Management System (ISO 14001), and ISO 18001.
​
She developed and conducted lectures and workshops on five training modules, including EMS Awareness, EMS Implementation, and EMS Internal Auditing and Certification for the USAID-funded Industrial Initiatives for Sustainable Environment (IISE) Project.
Beth is a Licensed Professional Chemical Engineer and graduated from the Far Eastern University in 1983. She also earned units for a Master’s Degree in Environmental Science at the University of the Philippines, Diliman, Quezon City; and in Education at the Holy Angel University in 1983.

She is a Registered Preparer of Environmental Impact Assessment Report, Registration No. IPCO-150, November 24, 2014.
